Shenandoah announces a totally re-designed egg collection table
for our Side Belt System - the Clean Sweep.

The new table is designed with worker comfort in mind, whether sitting or standing.  Our rugged new table utilizes unique design features, heavier gauge material and cushioned drive components to virtually eliminate vibration and noise.  December 2001: New controller with infinite variable belt speed control and reversible belt travel direction provides extremely smooth, vibration-free operation. Sealed plastic electrical box housing is dustproof and withstands routine washdown. The drive drum is larger, providing greater belt speed when desired, and polymer egg guides are gentler for eggs.  The table top lifts for easy access to the direct drive components, which have no belts and chains to adjust or wear out.  The belt take-up mechanism is compact, recessed and out of the way.  Plastic litter pans are easier to clean and more hygenic. Table leg height adjustment choices from 24” - 36” or 30" - 42". New adjustable egg tray shelves (shown in photo) are included. The top shelf (12” x 28” galvanized) mounts above the back of the table, and the front extension fits onto the front of the table providing an extra 12” x 36” surface to the table top.  Measurement of table top without front extension is 28" x 36"; with extension attached is 40" x 36". Table opens for access to drive components and features alignment pads. No shims required to square table to wall. Table also features individual belt tracking adjustments. Large table has convenient litter pan. Removable front extension provides additional 12" x 37" work surface. New controller box, standard equipment as of December 2001. Vastly improved frequency control allows for extremely smooth, vibration-free operations. It's "soft start" brings the egg belt up to speed gently, reducing checked eggs.
